I created Rooted Willow with the idea of having a place where you can step away from the stresses of everyday life for a little while and take some time for yourself. Somewhere you can slow down, relax, and feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I wanted the experience to feel personal, too. Everyone’s skin, body, and needs are different, so I believe your time here should feel like it was made with you in mind. From the services I offer to the products I use, I want you to feel well cared for and comfortable throughout your visit. At the heart of Rooted Willow is simply the intention to create a warm, calming space where you can take a breath, unwind, and leave feeling refreshed. CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so online through your appointment confirmation at least 24 hours in advance. LATE CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price to the card on file. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not arrive for their appointment, or who arrive more than 15 minutes late, will be considered a no-show. In this case, the appointment is forfeited, and the full-service price will be charged to the card on file. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS Clients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay for future appointments. Continued late cancellations or no-shows after this point may result in discontinuation of services. ILLNESS OR EMERGENCIES If you're feeling unwell or have an emergency, please reach out to me directly using the contact information listed on my website. I'm happy to work with you. PRACTITIONER CANCELLATIONS If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged any fee in this case. Thank you for understanding!
